All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or local public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable courier services across India to ensure your farm-fresh produce reaches you safely.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistical challenges or extreme weather conditions.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Grameen Cart ensures robust packaging to protect our natural products. However, if you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue swiftly with our logistics partners.
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
